Full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Seating may be allocated and specific seating areas cannot be guaranteed unless agreed in advance. One cocktail per person is included within the £29.95 package, with a non-alcoholic alternative available upon request.

The All Inclusive Drinks Package is available as an upgrade when booking via the Fango link for an additional £30.00 per person. The package must be purchased by all guests within the same booking or group. The drinks package duration is limited to 4 hours, commencing 1 hour prior to kick-off and continuing throughout the duration of the game. Any remaining time from the 4-hour allocation will be applied after the game. Included drinks consist of house spirits, house wines, soft drinks excluding Red Bull, Amstel and Guinness.

Match screenings, kick-off times and fixtures are subject to broadcaster and tournament schedule changes beyond the venue’s control. Decorations, entertainment and atmosphere may vary across event dates. Management reserves the right to amend or cancel the event where necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the venue, a full refund will be provided.

By attending the event, guests consent to photography and videography which may be used for marketing purposes.

Sleep Retreat

Package is subject to availability. Late check-out is available on request and charged per hour, subject to availability. The in-room aromatherapy diffuser, oils and robe are provided for use during your stay and remain the property of the hotel. A credit card pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in, and any items removed from the room will be charged at the equivalent replacement value.

Sleep Recovery Kit

Package is subject to availability. Equivalent alternatives may be substituted where necessary.

Active Wellness Kit

Active Wellness Kit is subject to availability. Fitness equipment, yoga kit and Pilates equipment are provided for use during your stay and remain the property of the hotel. A credit card pre-authorisation may be taken at check-in, and any items removed or damaged will be charged at the equivalent replacement value.

Fitness on Demand

Fitness on Demand access is valid for a period of 5 days. Guests use the service at their own risk and should ensure they are medically fit and able to participate in physical activity before use. Guests are responsible for exercising within their own capabilities and should stop immediately if discomfort or injury occurs.

Late Check-Out

Late check-out is subject to availability and is charged per hour. If late check-out cannot be accommodated, the charge will be refunded in full.
